Our Show is on Saturday 9^th September this year. It worked out so well last year at our new venue (Crownway Community Centre, Crown Street, Earlestown WA12 9DA), we’ll be there again.
The schedules are now downloadable from our website: www.nlwgardeners.co.uk  –  just click on the show page for everything related to the event.    If you’d like a hardcopy, just go to the Hut and pick one up from there.

Would you like to volunteer at the Show? We can always use help putting on the Show, particularly table shifting.  It needn’t take long if you don’t want it to but on Friday 8th September 4pm, we need lots of helpers to get the tables set up.  Same again on the next day, Saturday, when we have to strip them down again, 4.30pm onwards.  If this appeals to you, just ask at the till and they’ll fill you in with more details. Or email me.

Our Shrewsbury Show trip is on!  We have enough people to make this trip feasible, so that will be happening on Saturday 12^th August.

If you want to go to the first of the local shows yourselves, the weekend of Friday-Sunday July 28^th/29^th/30^th is the Chorley Flower Show.  It’s held at Astley Park, a lovely venue with lots of parking.  See  http://www.chorleyflowershow.com/ for all the details.

Finally, Sheila has a small autumn varieties catalogue from Kings seeds which includes sweet peas, bulbs, fruit bushes, strawberries.  If you want to call into the Hut to look at it and order, please do, but there is only one copy so we can’t let you take it away.  Sheila needs your orders by the end of July (graham_red@yahoo.co.uk,) otherwise it will be October when the main catalogue orders go in.
